  • Overview

    This position will evaluate, design and execute on a global, company wide, Information Technology strategy.  Deliver business applications, tools and services that provide a foundation for an efficient enterprise internally for our associates and externally for our customers.  These strategies are developed in close collaboration with our business units and shared services organizations.  The executive will develop an innovative approach to Information Technology leveraging the latest in technology and in-house systems development, resulting in seamless, simple and effortless associate experiences.  The incumbent will develop an Information Technology culture where proactively making our employees efficient and supporting them comes naturally and is engaging to the enterprise.  Executing on the Information Technology strategy will position the company for accelerated growth on a global basis.


    The leader for this organization must be a natural at talent development and build an industry leading, innovative IT organization. A strong servant leader with broad technology experience, strategic vision, strong communication skills, and execution focus are essential elements of the role.


    • Develop short and long-term Information Systems strategies related to infrastructure, security, support and applications that will improve the efficiency of associates.

    • Prioritize IT investments to support and accelerate the company’s growth.

    • Hire, develop and engage leading IT professionals.

    • Develop strong partnership and joint business and technology roadmaps with business unit and shared service leaders.

    • Develop and execute a business intelligence strategy that will put information at the fingertips of our leaders.

    • Ensure regulatory requirements are met in information systems and data management.

    • Ensure business continuity and enterprise risk factors are integrated in the design and operation IT Systems

    • Innovate in adoption of SaaS and open source platforms.

    • Manage and optimize financial budget.

    • Develop optimized technologies and processes for the integration of acquired companies.

    • Develop and launch visual management techniques within IT that will lead to improving support, decreasing application downtime and lead to the completion of projects on time


    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • Advanced degree in Information Technology preferred

    • At least 8 years of Director level or above experience with direct reports required

    • Experience in manufacturing environment with ERP implementation experience required (i.e.: Microsoft AX, SAP, SAP HANA, Oracle ERP)
