This position will evaluate, design and execute on a global, company wide, Information Technology strategy. Deliver business applications, tools and services that provide a foundation for an efficient enterprise internally for our associates and externally for our customers. These strategies are developed in close collaboration with our business units and shared services organizations. The executive will develop an innovative approach to Information Technology leveraging the latest in technology and in-house systems development, resulting in seamless, simple and effortless associate experiences. The incumbent will develop an Information Technology culture where proactively making our employees efficient and supporting them comes naturally and is engaging to the enterprise. Executing on the Information Technology strategy will position the company for accelerated growth on a global basis.
The leader for this organization must be a natural at talent development and build an industry leading, innovative IT organization. A strong servant leader with broad technology experience, strategic vision, strong communication skills, and execution focus are essential elements of the role.
