  • Overview

    The primary focus of this position is to support the International field sales team and Distributors / Partners and customers in a specific assigned territory.  Acts as the liaison with internal functional departments for order entry. Supports International sales staff and distribution and responds to business opportunities on behalf of these groups.


    • Act as a liaison between outside sales staff and internal organization
    • Managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from completing responses to customer requests, responding to requirements and the completion and closure of customer orders.
    • Updating of orders to address customer PO changes
    • Communication of non-standard requirements
    • Maintenance of accurate line ship dates
    • Assessment, management and escalation of order impairments
    • Communication of changes to Production, Planning, Quality, Contracts, Sales, customers and the Program Manager as appropriate
    • Expedites information required by Distributors / Partners / Customers
    • Manage all correspondence with territory customers other administrative requirements, with input from appropriate internal departments, and sign off by legal/contract/compliance departments as required
    • Participates  in managing the contract  as directed by manager, International Customer Service
    • Coordinates required documents for approvals / signature / notarization, etc,and ensures proper and timely completion .
    • Supports sales in completion and follow up on DES114 & SSR requests
    • Complies with all International sales and export policies and procedures
    • Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments
    • Attends training for product and process knowledge where applicable
    • Ensures adherence to all compliance policies and procedures



    • Two (2) years pricing, customer service, or sales support experience
    • Excellent Microsoft excel and access skills
    • Ability to multi task

    • High School diploma or GED required
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
