  • Overview

    Provides administrative support to the marketing department for digital media programs and some administrative work as requested.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Administrative work on digital platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
    • Assist in online marketing projects, primarily digital reporting and analytics
    • Collaborate with brand ambassadors on digital content and product information
    • Proof/edit marketing content
    • Organize and maintain file system and other records
    • Working with Adobe Creative Suite, support marketing layout and Photoshop needs
    • Performs other administrative duties as needed
    • Six (6) months to one(1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • High school degree or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school preferred

    Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
    • Working knowledge of social media platforms
    • Working knowledge of MAC computer platform and various software
    • to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals; Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
