Provides administrative support to the marketing department for digital media programs and some administrative work as requested.
Administrative work on digital platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
Assist in online marketing projects, primarily digital reporting and analytics
Collaborate with brand ambassadors on digital content and product information
Proof/edit marketing content
Organize and maintain file system and other records
Working with Adobe Creative Suite, support marketing layout and Photoshop needs
Performs other administrative duties as needed
Six (6) months to one(1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
High school degree or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school preferred
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of social media platforms
Working knowledge of MAC computer platform and various software
to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals; Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
