Overview

Manages Programs, Price Lists and GSA for the Government, Domestic and Commercial Sales channels.  Oversees direct and direct bid responses for our products and manages programs related to specific opportunities.

Responsibilities

-Manages GSA in relation to Mods, pricing updates and quote responses.

-Works with Business Development in relation to program submissions, follow up and management.

-Act as liaison with program team members regarding projects, tasks and deliverables

-Works with Director, Sales Operations for off structure pricing requests and quotes.

-Manage proposal teams and oversee proposal generation

-Liaison with company IT group or FP&A group to obtain required information in preparation for bid response.

-Manage program reviews and prepare review material as required

-Puts together direct bid responses and oversees that distribution obtains the pricing, samples and information they need for their bid responses on our products.

-Work across company functional organizations to ensure program success

-Works with Contracts and Category teams to ensure all necessary product information is updated.

-Works with Sales Force Administrator to design reports necessary to support sales.

-Act as liaison between sales and Sales Force CRM Administrator

-Background and knowledge in regards to FARS/DFARS and government contracting.

-Background in managing a GSA Schedule.

-Previous managerial experience preferred

-Knowledge of Berry Amendment, BAA, TAA and Kissell Amendment requirements.

Qualifications

-College Degree and related experience in the industry. 

- Advanced personal interaction skills

- Advanced computer skills (especially with Microsoft EXCEL).

- Ability to deliver presentation and instruction to others

- Management and leadership

- Attention to detail

- Project management capability

- Familiarity with Sales Force CRM is preferred.
