What this role is about:


We are looking for an accomplished and dynamic sales professional in the Mid-Atlantic states including Pensylvania /Maryland to exponentially grow our presence in the rapidly growing body worn camera for law enforcement agencies. This is a rare opportunity to join our exciting company, represent a technology that is saving lives and careers, reduce violence and help improve training and effectiveness of law enforcement. You must have an innate ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior level relationships and navigate across customer agencies with a complex mission. While not required, previous law enforcement experience is greatly desired. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for a region comprised of several states, and the position would require travel. This is a full-time position with our team.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manages and grows revenue, as well as, market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction while achieving VIEVU strategic objectives.
  • Develops and maintains client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth.
  • Develops and executes account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions.
  • Cultivates customer relationships and ensures effective service delivery to accounts.
  • Focuses on customer's satisfaction, knows the customer's business and workflows, develops proper contact network within accounts.
  • Supports execution of strategy at the account level.
  • Works with and brings in experts/specialists where required, has oversight of all account activities.
  • Responsible for forecasting, keeps management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gathers intelligence on competitor activity, and gives feedback to marketing.
  • Tracks customer activity in internal systems in order to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunities.
  • May provide customer product training as necessary.
  • Accountable for individual expense budget management.
  • Owns account relationship and drives overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.


What we want to see in your background:

  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated successful Enterprise Software (preferred) or Hardware Sales
  • Startup experience & some vertical experience
  • RFI/RFP experience
  • Virtualization and Cloud understanding
  • Solution sales experience
