Responsible for design, configuration, implementation, communication, maintenance and administration in support of Safariland’s HRIS Strategy and benefits programs. This includes all Human Resources related systems, applications, programs and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field or high school diploma with 5+ years of direct experience in human resources, benefits or HRIS.
3+ years of experience in HR Benefits, Information Systems or related field.
Solve problems through collaboration while executing results.
Demonstrated professionalism while delivering customer satisfaction.
Critical HR competencies including process management, analytical skills, decision-making, problem solving and customer service skills.
Ability to master new technology and continually acquire new skills while retaining present skills.
