Safariland has a unique opportunity for a hands-on Cost Accounting Manager to join our team and help take our business to the next level.
Reporting to our Group Cost Accounting Manager you will be using your accounting and analytical skills to work with leaders and associates at all levels of the Company to review and investigate labor and manufacturing variances, monthly inventory levels and presenting on key results of the finance department. A substantial portion of this position will involve participating in teams driving continuous process improvements within our operations.
Here is what the position is all about:
May supervise one or more associates
Authority to hire and terminate on Cost Accounting team (within HR policies)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other relevant field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred
CPA / CMA a plus
